For Kalzip® roofs DICONAL® offers FA-PV, the original mounting clamp in combination with the DICONAL® profile cross section.

The new clamp combines 2 products in one and allows the instant mounting of modules in horizontal orientation directly on the standing seam clamp. The mounting solution for framed modules on Kalzip® roofs easyly fits perfect!

The profile cross-section is compatible to all DICONAL® products i.e. all module clamps. By the "interface" and connectors profile levels or elevations can be carried out.

Note:
Used for the non-penetrative anchoring of attachments, especially supporting structures for solar systems or walkways on Kalzip® standing seam profile roofs Z-14.1-181.
The load-bearing capacity of the substructure must be verified in accordance with the specifications in Z-14.1-181.
Installation FA-PV
1. Place the fixing clamp on the seam of the Kalzip® profile and align it.
2. Tighten the screw to the specified torque.
3. The fit and functionality must be checked regularly.

Tightening torque: 15 Nm (fix on the flange at low speed*)
* Note: Fasten the FA-PV clamp to the flange at a reduced rotation speed. If the rotation speed is too high, stainless steel screws and nuts may seize.

Practical tip Module clamps MMK + MEK
Applications Ⓐ enables direct installation of the module clamps on the FA-PV clamp. The flanges of the Kalzip® roof profiles run parallel to the eaves. To prevent the module clamp from falling out, DICONAL® recommends turning the module clamp screw 2-3 turns into the secured position.
Recommendation: Starting with the installation of the modules at the eaves makes installation easier. The module clamps are simply hooked onto the top edge of the modules and remain in position thanks to gravity. The next module can then simply be pushed under the module clamp from above.

Practical tip Module position
The module clamp should always be mounted centrally on the FA-PV terminal block. This results in a contact area Ⓜ of 30 mm width for the two modules on the left and right. Important! The contact area Ⓜ must be at least 10 mm.
